Stierbach provides hospitality to her visitors. The more people
who volunteer to help, will enable everyone to participate in the activity

<DIV><STRONG><U>Field set-up/clean-up</U></STRONG> -- We will be setting up for
the event on Friday, August 28, and early Saturday morning. If you can
come out and help set up pavilions, unload vehicles, set-up list fences, help
set up for the various Courts scheduled; please contact the <STRONG>Field
Steward;</STRONG> <STRONG>Alienor de Bathe</STRONG>, <A

will be onsite Friday morning. After Court on Saturday evening, and Sunday
Morning we will need to pack up and many hands will make for light work.
Do you have a truck and/or a trailer you can volunteer to haul supplies to the
field from the Storage locker? This would be a great help</DIV>

<DIV><STRONG><U>Children's Activities</U> -- </STRONG>Lady Jacintha has
planned various activities for the youth of Atlantia. Children activities
will run from 2-4 pm. If you can give an hour or two to help out,

prepared for the children of Atlantia. If you can volunteer your time to

<DIV><STRONG><U>Feast</U></STRONG> -- Feast will be for 200 people. We
will need feast servers, between 12-15 people. If you would like to be a
feast server, you will be able to eat feast for free. You will serve two
tables of 8 during feast. I am offering this to the Barony first. If
I do not get enough servers, I will post on the Merry Rose. If you would like to
sign up to be a feast server, please contact me, before Monday. <A
