<DIV>Casting call: Needed: Re-enactors to portray a Viking raiding party<BR><BR>The Longship Company has been requested to participate in a video<BR>production for the Discovery Channel. This will be filmed on a<BR>Saturday, March 5th (Unless it's postponed to the 12th.), in Oakley<BR>Maryland.<BR><BR> <A href="http://tinyurl.com/4odt6m2" target=_blank>http://tinyurl.com/4odt6m2</A><BR><BR>This is about a 90-minute drive from the Washington, D.C. area.<BR><BR>We'll need about 16 warrior-types to portray a Viking raiding party.<BR>There will be no fighting.<BR><BR>Filming will occur aboard the Longship Company's ship "Sae Hrafn",<BR>which will not be in the water. The ship will be adjacent to a<BR>barn, and a large green-screen will be hang fro the barn. The sea<BR>will be computer-generated in post-production.<BR><BR>NOTE: The script portrays the ship in a storm, so you will get wet.<BR>You will need to bring a dry
