October 10-14, 2012 (Columbus day Weekend), at Elchenburg Castle in Boonville, NC. Pre-registration is open now on ACCEPS. Deadlines are by ACCEPS, by Sept 15, 2012, or by Mail, by Sept 20, 2012. When registering, there is a link to ACCEPS and the address to mail in registrations if you choose to go that route. Please fill this out, so we will have enough land, and so I know the sizes and numbers of tents coming! If you are mailing in your pre-registration, there is also the camping registration form that can be printed and mailed in together with your pre-registration.
