night.<span> </span>The focus is less on jumping in
armour and beating the snot out of each other and more talking theory and
technique.<span> </span>No armour is required making
it very good for new fighters looking to learn more while they are still
putting together there kit.<span> </span>Most of the
time the training will be done in no armour or partial armour.<span> </span>As we progress we will get more focused on
bringing it all together full armoured.<span>
</span>If a marshal attends we can spend some of the night fighting in full
gear and taking breaks to talk about techniques that need to be worked on.</font></p><font color="#000000" face="Times New Roman" size="3">
