There is big Japanese culture event going on in D.C. on the 3rd of April. They are having everything from a parade and food all the way up to those huge 700Lb drums. It will be held on Pensylvannia and near the Elipse as well. I have more info on it, just not on hand, but If you need to know more I can post it when I get to work on Wed. where the article is on my desk.
