[Moo] Scribal Question about William Welwyn

Greetings Fellow Stierbachi:

I have a friend working on a backlog scroll for William Welwyn. Does anyone 
on the list know anything about him, other than that he's a rapier guy? He's 
already received the White Scarf award that the scroll is being made for, so 
nothing's secret here except the fact that someone's actually working on the 
scroll.

If possible, I'd like to find info about him without his knowledge. You 
know, stuff to incorporate into his scroll.
