Yes, the event has been discussed at baronial business meetings, the event
announcement is in The Acorn, every merchant from last year with a valid
e-mail address has been contacted, other have been sent letters, and calls
for merchants have been posted to the Merry Rose.

If you have any contact information for the multiple merchants you've been
talking to, please pass it on to the merchant coordinator, Lady Cairstiona
at garadh at erols.com or the autocrat, Lord Sean MacKelly at
theermine at aol.com  

Much of our merchant contact information went out of date over the last
year.

because I saw the Bee Folks this weekend, and they said they hadn't
registered yet but were considering it.
