[Moo] The Goosing

This missive is for all those brave folks that I have talked to about the 
goose slaughtering for the 12th Night Feast.

We have a confirmed date and time:  Oct 4th, Sunday after University.  
Starting 10am, at the Dietriche Farm.

This will be taking place along side the archery practice, so if you are 
inclined to do both activities bring your bows.

Directions:

S. 95 to the 17E exit (Tapahanoc) or possibly Port Royal
You will cross over Route 2 (you'll be getting close)
Make a Left onto Hazelwood Lane, very small paved road.  If you end up in 
Port Royal turn around and it is the first Right.
Hazelwood will make a 90degree turn stay on the paved road on the right not 
going onto the dirt side roads.  You'll get to a State Maintenance sign and the 
road turns to dirt.  You'll pass Jenkin's Nursery on the Right.  There will 
be a small sign on the Right 'To the Dietriches'.  Follow the road to the house 
w/barns on the Left.

Bring:

Kitchen gloves if you wish
Paraffin if you have it
Good knives if you have a fave for boning and such

At the last count there were 10 geese to be volunteered.  Can't wait to see 
you all there! ; )
