Occasionally a person is rewarded for their talents and efforts.  Having
known Lady Elizabeth longer than she has known her children, this is
obviously one of those cases.  Congratulations Lady Elizabeth of Hadley
Hall.

And while I am on the subject of congratulations Ragnar Ribcracker is to be
commended for receiving a long overdue Opal.  Lord Ragnar is one of those
types that doesn't look for attention but will always be there if you need
him.
