Wouldn't the specific reasons for each returned award name show up in a
monthly Letter of Acceptance and Return (LOAR)? The master list of
letters is on herald.atlantia.sca.org/submissions/index.htm. None of
the letters already there mention Stierbach's awards, but the August
2006 letter isn't posted yet. Perhaps that one will include what we
would need to know.
