Given that Hagerstown is right off I-81, most of the Barony would be best 
served by heading to Strasburg (I-66 west from Manassas, or US-17 north to 
I-66 west from Fredericksburg and Warrenton), then going north on I-81.

I will be out of town on non-SCA business in a different direction, but I 
hope that everyone who goes has a good time at HRMelees.
