[Moo] Baronial Birthday - Please read

A brief thought for you, Marcolo.  If you do move the date, if you want
to bill it as a last chance to authorize kind of thing, you should get
quite a few marshals to run authorizations.  Personally, I think you
should have enough to run authorizations even while the woods battle is
going on, if necessary.  You should also work with Lady Kiara to make
arrangements with the KMoL, so anyone who authorizes at your event can
play at Pennsic, and to help her make sure she has enough staff.
