[Moo] SCA Signs from Holiday Faire

As some of you know, a highway clean-up crew removed some of our SCA signs
between 7 am and noon on Saturday. I heard rumors that someone knows where
we might be able to claim the signs back. If you do, please let me know.

If we can't get the signs back, we'll have to make more.
