[Moo] Demo request - Virginia Arboretum

Greetings,

The SCA has been asked if we would like to set up a demonstration for the
annual ArborFest, October 7 & 8, 2006, at the State Arboretum of Virginia.
The arboretum is on Rt 50/17 , between I-66 and Winchester.

We are looking for someone to lead this demo. This involves contacting the
site and determining what they want and recruiting SCA volunteers to staff
the demo.

The Arboretum staff needs to know if we can do this demo by September 7th so
we can be included in the event advertising.

If you are interested in coordinating this demo, please let me know before
September 7th.

Note: This is the same weekend as Kingdom Crusades.
