[Moo] Petition for assistance

My apologies in sending this out as an add-on to a previous and unrelated
message.but I find myself in need of advice, and so send out a general
petition for information.

  

Last August, I was planning on presenting a gift to the Baron and Baroness
for the celebration of Stierbach's 25th anniversary.  However, after
attending only one event as a newcomer, I shortly thereafter broke my foot,
and couldn't drive, and so I was unable to attend any events for some time.
Then my husband had surgery, my son became ill after that, then I ended up
with bronchitis which developed into pneumonia, and then my son ended up
with an ear infection that has so far proven resistant to antibiotics.  So
now April is upon us, and I still haven't presented my gift both to honor
the 25th anniversary and in thanks for my welcome here, after a 35 year
interrupt from SCA. 

When and where would be appropriate?  Would one of the Baron and Baroness'
"At-Home" nights work?  Please advise me.

This message recently came across the Abhainn Iarthair listserv. If people
are interested in finding out more about the possibility of horseback
archery on Sundays, I recommend contacting Reinmar & Alienor. Sounds pretty
neat to me if they can pull it off.

Wow Gwen thanks!
3pm would be great! We have missed being able to
see everyone as well (I love my job, just wish the
hours were better for playtime).
We are planning on 2 Sundays per month for
equestrian activities, Brandy (Northern Regional 
Equestrian Marshal) has said she will make time for us
on May 20th to meet and get stuff together to start
playing the games. At some point in the near future we
will be practicing archery from horseback........ 
Let us know what will work for you guys so we
don't interfere with archery, we are willing to
include archery with the equestrian activities if that
will work for you guys.
One other opportunity we will have. I will be 
starting a daytime schedule next week (yippee!). It
lasts for 4 months. How about dance at the same place
as fighter practice on every other Wed (I have every
other Wed off)? We've been promising for some time, 
we're just now getting our stuff together.... Thanks
