[Moo] Fall Coronation SCHEDULE and site rules

Site opens at 4 PM

 

SATURDAY

10 am ~ Mol opens, A&S opens

11 am ~ Last  Court of Valharic and Arielle 

              (Royal Pavilion on the field)

12 noon ~ Coronation of Logan and Rowan

  to follow immediately by start of fighting, A&S

2 pm ~ Queen’s Tea

5 pm ~ Evening Court (Feast Hall)

6 pm ~ Feast

             by the Bright Hills Cooks Guild

9 pm ~ Bardic and Dancing

 

SUNDAY

10 am ~ Fighting, A&S Classes start

11 am ~ Pelican meeting under Royal Pavilion

12 noon ~ Laurel meeting under Royal Pavilion

4:30 pm ~ Court (in Feast Hall)

5 pm ~ Feast

            by the Stierbach Cooks Guild

8 pm ~ Bardic and Dancing

 

MONDAY

10 am ~ Site closes

 

 

~~ SITE RULES ~~

 

* This is a DRY SITE

* Smoking in designated areas and at fire pits only

 ( please bring firewood if you want) 

* No Pets

* Please police your trash and cigarette butts

* Vehicles allowed only on PAVED services.  

* One-way roads around camp.

* Please unload vehicles quickly and park in

       parking lot.
