[Moo] Travelling Business Meeting is this coming Sunday

The travelling edition of the December business meeting will be in Manassas,
VA (admittedly not travelling far this time!) at the home of Baron Colum and
Baroness Briana on Sunday, November 9th starting at 6pm. Please make an
effort to attend this meeting or the Wednesday Central Library meeting. An
agenda for both meetings is published below.

A baronial candidate forum is planned for this meeting. Each of the four
candidate couples in our current baronial polling plan to have at least one
representative available for Q&A after the December 9th meeting.
