[Moo] Summer archery sites

Bull Run does have a large outdoor site whch is used in state-wide and Atlantic regional competitions, with a large locked shed where the archery butts and stands are stored.  Ample parking.  Grass is kept mowed.  Marked distances in meters,  past 100 meters.  Probably can shoot 200 meters if shoot diagonally across the field.  Sun sets to the right side of the field, behind trees.  Only down-side is mosquitoes after it rains. (Plus the drive, of course).   Bathrooms are available at the indoor range.

Currently, Ruth Rowe has the concession to operate this site.  Therefore, you need to talk with the park superintendent and Ruth about getting permission to use the site.  As it is public property, I don't believe that Ruth can prevent any other group from using it.  Bull Run built the shed, so that should be publically accessible,  as well.  

It may be as simple as getting an extra set of keys and contributing towards the purchase of the butts if we use hers.
