[Moo] Stierbach Business Meeting on Sunday, July 8th (Purcellville)

Greetings unto the barony of Stierbach from Iustinos Ancyrenos, Patrikios,
Seneschal of the barony!

As announced at our June business meeting, the meeting site for our July
business meeting at the Manassas Central Library could not be reserved prior
to our June meeting. Grace Whyting and Sean MacKelly (Kristi and Matt Kelly)
were gracious enough to open their home to the barony so that we could
officially announce a July business meeting in advance. As it turns out, we
also have a confirmed reservation for the Manassas Library as well. Due to
the short notice, I plan to run both meetings next week with the same
agenda. I encourage you to attend the one that best meets your needs.
Separate messages will come out for each so there should be minimal
confusion.

On Sunday, July 8th, the barony will meet at the home of Grace Whyting and
Sean MacKelly in Purcellville starting at 6pm. An agenda for the meeting
will follow by this Friday evening at the latest. Please heed the
announcements and directions below.

*Special Needs:
*Allergy alert! The Kelly's do have a large dog and a cat. If you have
sensitivities to pet allergens that would make attending the meeting
difficult, please let me know privately in advance so that we can attempt to
accomodate your needs.

If you have physical access limitations and plan to attend, please let me
know that as well. Most of the Kelly's home should be fully accessible with
some assistance. Advance warning will help us attempt to accomodate your
needs.

*Directions from Leesburg/points East and South:
*Make your way to Route 7 West heading out of Leesburg.
Exit on to Route 287 to Purcellville. Turn Left at the bottom of the ramp to
go South on 287. Follow the directions through town below.

*Directions from Winchester/I-81:
*Make your way to Route 7 East heading out of Winchester.
Exit on to Route 287 to Purcellville. Turn Right at the bottom of the ramp
to go South on 287. Follow the directions through town below.

*Directions through Town:*
At the T-intersection with Business Route 7, turn right on to E Main
St./Route 7. Head through town a little over a mile. Turn left on to South
32nd St./Route 690. About 3.5 miles south, turn left on to Shoemaker School
Road. Less than a half-mile down the road, you will see Pintail Court. Turn
Right. Grace's and Sean's house will be the house on the left with the large
semi-circular drive.
