Regarding possibly moving business meetings to Sundays:

Sunday *afternoons* in particular are, IMO, a bad idea. Those of us who 
travel a fair piece to events would have a very hard time making it back 
home in time for a Sunday afternoon meeting. The same would appear to hold 
true for camping events in general even if closer to home. Sunday 
*evenings* aren't as much of an issue with regard to this.
