[Moo] Barony meeting still on tonight

I just checked with the library, and they have no plans to close early due
to the weather. (Yes, it is snowing in Manassas.) If you feel safe to come
out tonight, please try to attend the meeting. The weather watchers indicate
that the portents are for the weather to improve rather than worsen tonight.
