[Moo] Holiday Faire Marshals in Charge

Chiara is correct. MoLs do not run tournaments or handle paperwork for
target archery or thrown weapons. I think in part this is because there is
no authorization for target range sports.

As she said, if you would like an MoL to help keep score of a particularly
tricky tournament, I'm sure one of us would be glad to help. Though I think
the main reason I've never heard of a double-elimination or bedford points
tournament held on the target range is because it would greatly reduce the
number of projectiles most participants could let fly in a given day.
