[Moo] The Polling

Your Majesty,
Thank-you for your kind words and the important information.

The December edition of The Bull will be published early next week. Due to
our chronicler's schedule, it just made sense to move the whole issue
forward. Once it has been published, I should be able to put polling letters
in the mail later in the week, or as soon as the mail merge file arrives
from the SCA Corporate Office. The polling dates will run through December
21st. Official notice of this will be found in the upcoming issue of The
Bull in accordance with kingdom policy. (Publication of the polling period
MUST occur before the polling begins).

I am glad to know that your Royal Presence at Holiday Faire will not be
missed.
That the words from my mouth may honor my God and inform my companions in
this world.
