[Moo] Lost Authorization Card

Greetings,

Perhaps you can help me.  I need to know who to contact to have a duplicate authorization card sent to me.  I've tried e-mailing the Kingdom MoL and the Barony MoL but after two weeks of waiting I haven't heard anything back.  It might be my e-mail bouncing off a server somewhere.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
