[Moo] Lost Authorization Card

At any event with an active MoL table, like Baronial Birthday, you fill
out a form, pay $5, and the MoL can issue you a new temp card. Then the
Kingdom MoL will issue you a new permanent card in due course. 
 
It would be helpful for you to contact the MoL in charge ahead of time
so they can print out the list of authorized fighters to verify what
weapons you are authorized in.

Perhaps you can help me.  I need to know who to contact to have a
duplicate authorization card sent to me.  I've tried e-mailing the
Kingdom MoL and the Barony MoL but after two weeks of waiting I haven't
heard anything back.  It might be my e-mail bouncing off a server
somewhere.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
