[Moo] possible B-day event conflict

It's not required, simply a possible concern over loss of participants.

As far as I know we sent this in as a no-conflict event, but the Marinus 
event is more than 100 miles from our event so it's not a conflict anyway 
by kingdom rules.

I would *NOT* recommend using the second or third weekends of June, due to 
conflicts with Highland River Melees and Kingdom Archery Champs. The first 
weekend is a possibility, especially since University has changed dates. I 
certainly don't recommend any July dates, nor any August dates except 
maybe the 30th (Labor Day weekend).

For me personally, it makes little difference whether we move the event to 
June 7th or keep it where it is; I had a pre-existing conflict on the 
currently set date, and I also have a conflict for the first weekend of 
June. That said, we *can* expect to lose people to the Marinus event, 
possibly dropping below the break-even point on the budget. Are we willing 
to take a loss on the event? OTOH, at this late date, I'm not certain how 
many attendees we'd gain back (or add) by changing dates.
