we live on red clay, you can get all you want of it over here in the woods.
There is a huge area that is on the surface so you don't even have to dig.
I live in Canon Ridge on Old Hickory Ct just off Liberia.  I'm less than a
mile from the library.  If you want to come over let me know and I will send
you directions.

Hi!  I'm looking for some clay, creek banks, your back yard.... etc.  It
doesn't have to be pottery quality, it just needs to be sticky enough to
make a nice solid cob.
 
I'm making my newest (hopefully last) version of the 14th C traveling oven
and I need a LOT of clay, around 3 5 gallon buckets.
 
So, if you know of any around here please let me know.
