[Moo] Glass Guild

Greetings unto the list!

The Stierbach Glass Guild will meet this Wednesday at 7 p.m.(yes, that's
tomorrow!) at the home of Briana Maclukas in Manassas.

We hope this new date will be amenable to most of you, and look forward to
cranking up the torches and kiln and making some beads!

We have a small supply of MAPP gas, which has been replaced by MAPP Pro, or
some such thing. Reviews on its use for glass work are mixed - it apparently
does not burn as cleanly. We have not yet tried it. Therefore, if you have
MAPP, the new stuff or a small bottle of propane, bring it and we'll
experiment.

Please let me know if you are attending so I'll know how many torches to set
up.

Pet alert: Two very loveable Black Labs will greet you with enthusiam but
find torch work generally boring and will wander away eventually. :-)
