[Moo] Rapier Practice this week (Tuesday and Sunday)

I am traveling Tuesday for work and will not be able to make the Baronial fighter practice in Manassas. 

This Sunday is the Baronial traveling meeting so I will not be able to attend Sunday practice. 

Rapier practices should resume next week as usual.
