[Moo] Stierbach is registered for Pennsic

Greetings all!
Allen of Wolfhou has agreed to be the Land Agent for the  Stierbach 
Encampment at Pennsic this July-Aug, 2008. He has registered the  
encampment. So, you may go ahead and register for Pennsic, and put 
down  the "Barony of Stierbach" as the group you are camping with 
(even if you are  staying off site-- it gives the group more land for 
the common areas)!  
When you register, let him know at _Wolfhou at hotmail.com_ 
(mailto:Wolfhou at hotmail.com)   He will need to  know 1) 
Names of all those camping with us 2)ages, if minors 3)phone number  
and/or email address to contact you 4)number of tents and dimentions of your  
tent(s) both 
with and without ropes. 5) and you may wish to mention if you  have 
any needs/desires that may need to be considered when arranging the  
camp (like you are noisy, prefer quiet, snore loudly, come and go at 
odd  hours, need frequent trips to the portapotty at night, have 
children who  take afternoon naps, want to nap yourself in the 
afternoon, practice druming  in the afternoon, raid the kitchen at 
midnight, want to set up a warp  weighted loom, want to have bardics 
every night, have many sheep to graze,  plan on bringing the bake 
oven, hope to build a bead furnace, whatever  you think may affect the layout 
of the camp... ;)

There is a yahoo group list: PennsicMoo that can fascilitate the coordination 
 of the encampment also, without making everyone else in the Barony have to 
put  up with all the planning traffic. It would be very helpful to get on it  
also if you are not already on.
