[Moo] Planning for travel to/from Sapphire Joust (Expeditionary Corps)

The message below is forwarded from Kat and Sophia on behalf of the  
Expeditionary Corps for folks who might need rides, might be willing  
to share rides, might be wanting to caravan together, might need  
further information on accommodations, or who might want to join us  
together in planning our meals at Sapphire Joust.
