[Moo] Fighter Practice 10-4 Saturday 22 Aug at Cian & Catherine's (Fredericksburg, VA)

There will be HMA there.  With Cian's permission I will start with 
martial arts fundamentals at 10.  These fundamentals apply to all 
fighting arts and include things like stance and movement.  After that 
we can move into swordwork, or other arts as there is interest.  If 
there are things folks are interested in learning please let me know 
this week and I will prepare something. 

I will also have a number of books and other resources with me.  If a 
break is needed I can give a class on what HMA is.
