Unfortunately, I'm tied up that weekend. If the date shifts, or if my plans change, I would love to attend (had a blast 2 years ago).

Greetings everyone!

My colleague, Kyle Toth, has asked for our help at his Legends project again, slated for (at this time; I'll get a confirmation soon) the second Saturday of December. He and the kids have really enjoyed it the last couple years, and he'd love to have us back again. This is a huge project he's done for 9 years now in conjunction with a unit on Tennyson's Idylls of the King, so of course medieval displays and combat really add to the atmosphere of the final event. It typically has 100+ kids as well as coverage in the Freelance Star.

Next year is the 10th anniversary, and he's already been talking with me about getting a HUGE display set up and planned out in advance.

Now that our group is familiar to my administration, I think we have a good chance of being able to us the site for things like Universities in the future. Obviously, all those details are not my realm to work out, but I can act as an initial point of contact should we wish to pursue that route at some point. My school holds close to 2000 kids, so there is ample space for even the largest University.

I'll forward along more information as it comes up. Static displays are great, people in armor swinging swords are especially desirable (the kids' jaws drop at the first sounds of heavy combat).

MHS is located on Route 1 between exits 118 and 126 on I-95.

In Service,

Dante di Pietro
