[Moo] baronial day: fighter workshop

Greetings Good Gentles!
 
Takeda has offered to lead a workshop to help fighters look better on the field and to help them to be more comfortable.  
 
He will bring some examples of soft kit that he has been working on for people to examine, as well as some armor bits that pretty much anyone has the tools to make (if you can boil a pot of water, you can make this) 
 
He is also going to be guiding a project, in which gentles make their own pourpoints (a tight fitting vest that legs and other pieces of kit can point to so weight is well distributed on the body, and is very secure... plus upon stripping off your armor, this makes a very period look as seen in artwork)

Interested gentles would need to bring a t-shirt that can be cut up, and a roll of duct tape. T-shirt goes on, and the individual is wrapped in duct to make a form-fitted pattern.  If people also desire to bring their fabrics to construct the pourpoint, and tools to do it, by all means.  The timeframe to show and demonstrate would be about an hour, but people are certainly welcome to work on projects longer.
