[Moo] HMA at Stierbach

Just as a reminder HMA (Historic Martial Arts) is happening again tonight
at the Stierbach fighter practice.

We will begin warm-ups at 7.  Then we will move onto fundamentals of
stance and movement.  Following this we will be building on these
fundamentals through the use of the dagger.
