[Moo] Drachenwald Visitor at Baronial Practice this week.

We will be having a visitor from Drachenwald at practice this week. He
is coming to play rapier and possibly C&T (if he has opponents). The
gentlemen's name is Master Cernac and he will be in town from the Dublin
area.
