We cordially invite one and all to attend the next Stierbach Baronial
Day! It will be great fun with good company, so plan to be there and
learn what is left to do for B-day/Coronation and Pennsic.

Saturday July 18th

10am to 7pm

Prince William Fencing Academy

8440 Kao Circle, Manassas

Schedule:

10am Doors open and activities may begin

1pm MOL class

3pm A&S Pennsic Round Table

5pm Baronial Traveling Meeting

7pm Clean up

Martial Activities:

There will be Heavy, Light, and Youth Rapier held. Youth Combat is
tentative at this point until a marshal can be confirmed. If the day is
nice fighting maybe held outside, however if the weather turns on us the
floor will be open for practice inside.

A&S Activities:

Since this is right before Pennsic bring your last minute projects to
work on. Heck, you may find yourself being helped! There are some
tables at the PWFA, however if you can bring a chair, or an extra table,
that may turn out to be a good thing.

There will be a Pennsic round table discussion for anyone who wants to
know more about going to Pennsic. There are quite a few newer members,
and seasoned ones too, that are going to attend Pennsic for the first
time this year. The thought was this would be a great place to share
experiences, answer questions, and help people with their packing lists.

MOL Class:

Lady Ella du Lille has offered to teach a class for everyone interested
in learning to be an MOL. This is a desperately needed position on the
kingdom, particularly in the youth areas. Her Excellency will be
attending this class to start the process of becoming an MOL. Who will
be joining her? Experienced MOL's are encouraged to attend. Please let
Her Excellency, or Ella (ella_lille AT yahoo.com
<mailto:ella_lille%20AT%20yahoo.com> ), know that you will be there so
there will be enough handouts but do not feel that a non-RSVP means you
cannot come. All are welcome.

Food:

As always please feel free to being a dish to share. The past few
Baronial Days have gone from sit down dinners to grazing as needed.
This has seemed to work out for the best so why fix what isn't broken.
Please bring your feast gear to help cut down on trash; the PWFA has a
kitchen so that we can wash up before going home.
