[Moo] Practice on 17-March

On behalf of my husband Turgeis.

I am available to marshal heavy combat tonight at practice. With both rapier 
and HMA not happening, and many armored combatants at Gulf Wars, IS there 
anyone who would like to have heavy practice tonight?

Please contact me if you are wanting to attend heavy practice tonight. If 
there is no interest it will be canceled.  I will update later this 
afternoon with a decision.
