We can get on site as early as we want.  I am thinking between 7-8 ish....

  We are likely not going to be able to come down on Friday. Peter has been having a lot of late-day meetings at the Pentagon. He was about an hour late getting off yesterday. Because there is a lot going on, he likely won't be able to take off early on Friday. If that changes, he'll call you Friday and let you know. 

  How early can we get on site Saturday? 

  Also, is feast sold out?

        I sent this out last night and have not received any responses.  So here it is again...

         
        We can set-up pavilions/tents on Friday.  What time would everyone be available to come out and help set up Big White?  The more tents we set up on Friday, the more time we have Saturday to set up the rest of the materials.
