[Moo] Youth Combat?

My daughter, Rose (MKA Cora), has expressed interest in taking up Youth 
Combat. I read the regulations on the Atlantia Website, and since she is 
turning 10 in a couple of weeks, it looks like she would be Division 2.

Are there local people active in Youth Combat? Anyone willing to help 
teach her fighting, and me how to make the weapons, armor, etc. she needs?
