[Moo] St. Aiden Heraldic Display Team Status Report

Overall:
The St. Aiden Heraldric Display Team is coming along nicely.  From the
conversations I have had with people and the feedback from the list it
looks like we will have a very strong heraldic presence. The one area
that still needs a bit of coordinating is the fighter component of the
team.  Currently we have four confirmed fighters for Sunday.  I feel
confident that one of the unconfirmed fighters will be able to make it
or that we will be able to pick up one or two folks at the tourney.

Fighters:
As the fighter component of the team is made up of folks who have not
fought together and a has a number of fighters that are fairly new to
the art I would like to meet and briefly go over weapons mix and
preferred tactics as a group.  Saturday afternoon before Royal Court
would be a good time. The second option will be for a quick get
together on Sunday morning after armor inspections but before the
start of the novice tournament.

Cheering section/Procession members:
As the tourney is scheduled to start at 2pm I would like to get
everyone, populace/herald/herald support/standard bearers/fighters,
for a quick line up and walk through about 30 mins prior.  Lets call
it a working lunch and meet by the Baronial tent.

Water Bearers:
There are plans afoot to have way spiff water containers.  I'll
probably Shanghai, um, I mean recruit a couple of volunteers the day
of.

Herald:
Charles, can we get together Saturday evening and see what support, if
any, you need?

I'll be at Sapphire Joust both days and will be glad to coordinate on
Saturday night.  If anyone wants to get together on Saturday evening
I'll spring for drinks, if you give me a heads up on the preferred
Stierbach planning beverage.
