Yippee!!  SC is too far for one-day event, but this will be perfect!  I'll try to decide on something yummy and will be there.

How many of you have thought about making the very long trek down to Falcon Cree, also known as Rock Hill, South Carolina for Atlantia's Twelfth Night?  Everyone, right?  I am guessing probably not.  Might I suggest an alternative?

On Saturday, January 9, 2010 at the Prince William Fencing Academy, (8440 Kao Circle Manassas, Virginia), we will be having our Baronial Day Twelfth Night.  Gentles are encouraged to wear garb and bring a dish to share, as the day’s meal will be a potluck.  Some activities that will be included are fighting (heavy and rapier), a voluntary gift exchange, and bardic circle.  Baroness Anneke has offered to teach a beading class (more details to follow), there will be Disney movies for the kids throughout the day, and of course, plenty of eating and socializing.

Mark your calendars, and keep an eye out for more details.
