I would ask "Does the barony *want* a set of list fences?"

If the barony is truly interested in having its own set, that isn't a hard
thing to do.  I am willing to volunteer my time and woodshop to helping
create a set.  

However, the barony needs to determine several key things:
1) How "much" or how large of a set do we want?  i.e. what size and
combination of list(s) do we want to be able to set up?
2) What does that much wood cost, and is the expense in the baronial
budget??  
   -- Are there options for reducing the cost by finding unwanted
post-construction lumber?
3) Who is going to store it (and where)?? 
4) Who is planning to transport it to events?


I ask all these questions because having done this before in Drachenwald, it
can become a big issue, especially that last two questions.
