[Moo] Updates from the Baronial Business meeting

For those people that were unable to make it to the Business Meeting:

* Reminder of Baronial Day at the Rappahannock Cellars Winery Sun April 18th
* Update from Lord Gustav for the Metalsmith Symposium - He is looking 
for teachers and if you would like to teach please contact him. Baroness 
Cairsitiona will be Co. Autocrat with Gustav. Lord Marcolo will help 
coordinate classes. There is a Facebook site for the event if people 
would like to see it. Classes taught at the Metalsmith Symposium will 
count for Atlantian Univ. Credit. Lord Gustav to talk to the University 
folks regarding potentially using the site for class signup etc.
* Lord Siegfried has no official word regarding the Atlantia 30 year 
bid. We hope and official announcement will be soon.
* Lord Marcolo Autocrat of Holiday Faire will have bid at the next 
meeting. Lord Gustav has volunteered to MIC the event.
* Barony needs a Land Agent for Sapphire Joust. May 28th - 31st.
* War of the Wings - Baroness Cairsitiona has volunteered to be the 
Baronies Land Agent for WoW. She will be emailing within the next few 
weeks to start organizing.
* Contract for Baronial Birthday, Holiday Faire and Metalsmith Symposium 
has been signed.
* Baronial Birthday - The announcement is in for the Acorn. Still 
looking for a few positions and MIC is still looking to fill a few 
positions.
* Pennsic - Registration continues on. Those attending Pennsic even if 
not camping with the Barony are encouraged to join PennsicMoo Yahoo 
Group. Activities planned during Pennsic will be discussed on the this 
list. Currently discussing on moving camp location.
* Pennsic Children's Fete - Baroness Rhonwen is having a booth at the 
Childrens Fete. The Barony has agreed to sponsor the booth activity not 
to exceed $225.00. Help at the booth with the activity and also making 
bags would be appreciated as well.
* Don't forget the Demo for the Wakefield School. May 27th.
* Catching up with Sudentorre - Wonderful DTG! Coming soon the Royal 
Archer Competition. Please contact Baroness Sunniva or Samuel Calvert to 
see if more help is needed.
* Catching up with Abhainn Iarthair - Abhainn Iarthair has been given 
Full Status - AI to start transition with Barony soon. Official 
Announcement to have been made at Coronation. Winchester is looking to 
do a RenFaire and use SCA. They would be willing to split profit. The 
event would possible the two middle weekends in the July 2011. They 
would need help with event staff.
