[Moo] Assistance anyone?

Just my .02 - It's really freaking expensive up here in NoVa too, so I rent a room from a very nice family.  The sacrifice of absolute privacy is worth the discount on lodging! imho  I used craigslist and visited several homes before I chose this one.  If you have a car, you might luck out and get covered parking 'cause it snows round here these parts....just sayn.  :)
