[Moo] New Archery Marshal

While Archery is still a main focus of mine I decided as Seneschal I 
would step down from the Archery Marshal position.

Please welcome Lord Enequy Erensaurlezelasgarria as the new Baronial 
Archery Marshal. Enequy has many years of service to the Barony and has 
much dedication to the skill and art of Archery.
