[Moo] Regarding the New Pennsic University Rule

If you download the schedule in Excel, apply auto filters and filter on
Youth Point, you'll get a quick idea of what's there. Appears to be
primarily children's activities. Nothing that would interest any teen who's
spent more than a week in the SCA, that I can see.

Once again, we've taken parenting out of the hands of the parents.
