[Moo] Stierbach encampment Pennsic

I would add that if you are attending Pennsic you should sign up for the list, even if you are not camping with the Barony at Pennsic.

As with years past we will be discussing the scheduling of Pennsic Baronial activities on the Pennsic Moo.
