[Moo] Fighter Practice(s) Reminder

If I were not in Norfolk due to the evils of work I would have been there. I will try to be there next week, it looks like I might be down here again but I am trying to make it later in the week.

They will, though not with me next week, since I will be out of town. I
will add that there was at least one heavy fighter there with armor.
