Subject: A Quilt in Honor of Your Barony

 

Unto my friends of Stierbach, Baron Flaithri and Baroness Rhonwen, come
Greetings!  This day I have finished construction of a quilt to be
raffled at War of the Wings as a fundraiser for the Susan G. Komen
Foundation.  I hope it will find favor with you and your wonderful
barony, and therefore will result in many raffle tickets being
purchased.  In particular I ask you to note the quilt's color scheme:
Stierbach red and white.  It dominates the quilt as Stierbach will
dominate the War.  The grey of Sacred Stone's castle is simply
incidental.  Note too that the use of castle-slate grey for the backing
was deliberate:  to keep it out of sight.  <ggg>

feel free to share this with your populace and encourage them to honor
the Barony and the cause of breast cancer research by purchasing raffle
tickets (only one single dollar per ticket!) from Mistress Sine ni
Dheaghaidh once they are at the War.
